INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE
As you may or may not be aware, I have been seeking Justice for a long time. Since my righteously deserved JUSTICE, was not rendered, via a Motion to Amend, to cease the deceptive practices of the Criminal Justice System, via the Judicial Component (the Courts) of that System, by keeping my case #3946-04, under wraps, and having publicly displayed that a counsel (mis)represented me. I am, and continue to be Pro`Se, as evidenced on the "ON-CALENDAR," as well as on "DISPOSITION OTHER THAN ACQUITTAL OR CONVICTION."
I went through the proper procedures, whatever is convenient, and what they can get away with (THE GATE, THE HOAXERS), to no avail. - That is, The Judiciary Committee, the United States Attorney General - (New York City); two civil cases in Southern District, and won on appeal; Writ of Certorari; then Secretary of Homeland Security; RICO; FOIL; Sealed NYSID (3169626N) number; my excessive forced used tazered medical records (entered while incarcerated); and correspondence relating to my other tampered sealed file, at Orange County Supreme Court (Mid-Hudson) - which were entered into court, and are kept under wraps in my SEALED FILE. Given the above.--

After reading the Daily News article, "Nazi Kim," "that anyone complicit in crimes against humanity - even by looking the other way - assumes responsibility," including possibly yourself."
After reading and blogging the Universal Human Rights Instruments, which were adopted from The United States Of America, Bill of Rights. It's more explicit, more informative, and friendly understanding, and it outlines the Criminal Justice System and the role of each component.
When I e-mailed the International Court of Justice, they had many prompts, I put - other - RICO, - they responded GENOCIDE. If you really try to comprehend the two -- no justice, crimes against the person, which is really humanity - "Injustice Anywhere is a Threat To Justice Everywhere," and I am a victim of Prosecutorial Vindictiveness. The problem lies within the Judicial Component (Judges, Prosecutors, Defense Attorneys) of Criminal Justice System.
I am awaiting their response, and to ensure and assure the White House, that I do not want to start World War III, I forwarded the International Court of Justice's reply to Vice-President Joseph Biden, wrote a letter to the Chief Clerk, and asked her to enter in my sealed file.
